Dennis Olesen, Broker
Dennis Olesen, or as many just call him, Denny, is originally from the Coon Rapids, IA area, but is a graduate from Audubon, IA and has lived in the area ever since. Denny has been in the real estate business since 1986. In 1988, he started brokering for his own firm, Midwest Management and Realty. In 2004, Denny purchased and took over Audubon Real Estate, changing the name to Audubon Real Estate-Midwest Management. Denny specializes in farm sales and management.
Tracey Armentrout, Agent & Molly Christensen, Broker-Officer
Tracey is originally from Fowler, OH but has lived in Audubon with her husband Tim, who is also an Ohio native, for 25+ years. Tracey and her family have been in the rental business for several years, one of them being the Comfy Corner Bed and Breakfast in Audubon. Being so involved in real estate around the area and with her daughter, Molly, getting her license, Tracey started pursuing her license in January of 2018. She has been licensed since April 2018.

Molly was born and raised in Audubon where she graduated in 2016. She then graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in 2018 with a Liberal Arts AA Degree. In January 2018, after taking business and accounting classes, Molly decided to start her real estate license with the help of her family's involvement. Molly has been licensed since July 2018. And, as of March 2024, Molly is now the Broker-Officer.

Kendra is originally from Guthrie Center, IA. She is a Senior at Simpson College and is studying Business Management and Marketing Communication. Kendra was in the office this summer heading up our PR, we just couldn't let her go so we asked her to stay on and work from school! Thanks for all you do Kendra!
